At Dipples, we have spent many years finding and then working with some of the countries most experienced and regarded jewellers and watchmakers.

We recognise that your special items need to be treated with the utmost care and attention. This is something that our service and repair department carries out with each and every item that comes into one of our stores.

Buying a luxury item is an exciting time, but what if you cant find exactly what you are looking for, or would like a custom piece of jewellery that has been made to your own specifications. A piece that is truly original and unique.

Dipples will work closely with clients to create bespoke items of jewellery that will be a piece that will be treasured .

With a trained and highly experienced on-site valuer, Dipples are able to assist with all manner of valuations, for Insurance, Probate and many other types.

Our teams in all our stores are also trained in assisting when items have been lost or stolen, and will help with finding and sourcing replacement item(s), either from our stores or by having something made specially.

At Dipples, we know that your watches and fine jewellery items are something to be treasured for a lifetime, and we will be with you every step of the way to ensure your precious pieces stay in the best condition possible. The master craftsmen in our workshops are able to look after your heirloom jewellery pieces and fabulous timepieces whenever they need a little maintenance, carrying out any repairs and services that are necessary to keep them sparkling, and in good working order.

At Dipples, we take great care over how we present every purchase.  We are happy to include free gift wrapping with every purchase made either in one of our Boutiques or through this website.  Please ask when in store, or check the box during (or email us after) your checkout.

Throughout the year we attend many Wedding Fayres in both Norfolk and Suffolk. We always have a wide selection of wedding bands on view and a curated range of gifts for the whole bridal party.
