Store Reopening


We are re-opening on Wednesday 1st July

We are currently implementing new procedures to fully comply with regulations for our planned opening on Wednesday 1st July, of our Norwich Store, our Dereham store will be re-opening on Tuesday 7th July.  We want to ensure that all our colleagues and customers are as safe as possible when in our stores.  Initially, upon opening our hours in both stores will be reduced.  We shall be open Monday to Saturday in our Norwich store, 10:00am till 4:00pm, whilst our Dereham store will be open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am till 4:00pm.

We will be limiting the number of customers in store. To avoid disappointment we are encouraging everyone to make an appointment before visiting. Alternatively if you would prefer to shop from the comfort of your own home you can schedule a contactless virtual appointment at a time convenient to you to discuss your enquiry.

We have worked hard to adhere to the guidleline and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all.

We have introduced the following measures into both our stores to help protect our customers and staff.

  • We have altered the store to ensure social distancing rules are adhered to, and have signage to support social distancing.
  •  We are limiting the numbers of people in store, and have a personal shopper system in place.
  • We would ask that upon arrival everyone sanitisers their hands.
  • We have protective screens at our serving areas to protect our customers and staff.
  • We will have gloves available for customers and staff to wear when touching our products
  • We will disinfect and clean all areas and workstations after every customer has left, to ensure we uphold the highest hygiene standards
  • We have implemented, Video Conferencing Appointments, Click and Collect Appointments and after a phone call to the stores, Instore Appointments.  This will help us regulate the number of customers coming into the store.
  • We aim to provide the same level of service, all be it in a very different way, and appreciate your patience as we may not be able to serve everyone as promptly as we would like.
